Booking Guide
All contributions must be made in full to assign your appointment time.
Urgent requests are available however there may be additional contributions requested.
Appointment times are assigned upon confirmation of contribution.
If we do not receive confirmation of contribution and no prior arrangements have been made, the appointment will remain unassigned and open to others. In the case that someone requests your desired time we will contact you.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are not refundable however rescheduling is available once. Additional contributions may be requested, depending on the time and context of cancellation.
A rescheduled appointment must be organised within one week of your cancelled session. Should we not hear back from you within the allotted time, the option to reschedule is forfeited and you will have to book a new session.
Cancellation of a rescheduled service will not be refunded or rescheduled.
No-shows will not be refunded or re-scheduled.
If you habitually cancel within 24 hours of your appointments, rescheduling is not available.
